YEARLY MEMBERSHIP:
Sawmill is a private membership club and you must be a member to visit or stay at Sawmill. Membership is required and is $25 a year and valid for 12 months. A valid membership is required to make a reservation and must be valid during the entire stay.
ANNUAL PASS PROGRAM:
Residents of Florida that frequently visit Sawmill can enjoy unlimited
visits for just $150.00 a year (A Yearly Membership must be purchased in conjunction with this program). (Yearly membership and overnight stays are not included). So basically the same as before.
DAILY PASS:
You are encouraged to visit Sawmill even if you do not plan on staying the night, weekend or week.
Monday through Thursday a pass is $ 4.00 per day.
Friday through Sunday a pass is $10.00 per day.
HOLIDAY pass is $15.00 per day

Full Payment is due at time of booking.
MINIMUM STAYS:
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for Holiday Weekends (defined as Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
As Sawmill accommodations are extremely limited in
availability, cancellation penalties apply.
Sunday through Thursday stays are:
non-refundable 3 days prior to arrival.
Standard weekend stays are:
non-refundable 10 days prior to arrival.
Holiday weekend stays are:
non-refundable 10 days prior to arrival.
HOLIDAYS DEFINED:
New Years, Memorial Weekend , Labor Day Weekend, All 3 Halloween Weekends & Big Bang weekends ! (No free nights)
PET FEE:
Pets are permitted in limited cabins with a $20.00 fee
